1. Do you offer discounts?

At present, our discounts are exclusively available to customers who have enrolled in our Partnership Plan.

However, we do offer multi-work discounts when multiple jobs are performed during a single service call. If your job qualifies, this discount will be automatically applied. We believe in transparency, and our commitment to providing the most transparent pricing in Orange County is reflected in our website, where all pricing details are readily accessible to everyone.

Rest assured that our pricing structure has been carefully thought out, taking into consideration the quality of service we provide. We strive to offer the lowest possible price for the exceptional quality of workmanship we deliver. Our aim is to provide value to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

2. Will you let me know when you are on your way?

Absolutely! We understand the importance of effective communication and accommodating our customers' specific needs. Prior to our arrival, we'll send you a text message to inform you that we're approximately 30 minutes away. Additionally, if there are any specific instructions or preferences you have regarding our arrival, please let us know, and we'll ensure our technicians are fully informed. For instance, if you have a sleeping baby and would prefer us not to knock, we can easily accommodate your request by sending a text message instead. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities!

3. Do you offer any other services apart from plumbing?

While plumbing is our primary service, we are passionate about assisting our customers in any way we can. Even if we don't directly offer the service you require, we are more than happy to guide you in the right direction for quality work. Over time, we have cultivated a small group of individuals and companies in various industries whom we have thoroughly vetted and trust to deliver exceptional service to our clients. While the list may not be extensive, our priority is ensuring that our customers receive the same standard of care and quality that we uphold. It can be challenging to find individuals or businesses who genuinely care as deeply as we do, but we strive to connect you with reliable and trustworthy options whenever possible.

4. Do you have a base price?

Our standard base price for any completed work is $198. However, if you are a partner, we offer a discounted base price of $178.20. It's important to note that these prices apply to actual work performed and not for basic diagnostics or estimates. We believe in providing transparent pricing and ensuring our customers receive fair and competitive rates for the services we deliver.

5. Do you Offer Repipes?

We do offer repiping services, and while our prices for repipes are competitive, we acknowledge that they may not be the lowest in the market. It's worth noting that there are numerous repipe companies in the area that specialize in repiping but are not necessarily residential plumbers—they are pipe fitters. This distinction can sometimes result in crucial plumbing issues being overlooked, as their focus is primarily on repiping rather than the overall plumbing system.

Furthermore, some of these specialized repipe companies tend to prioritize new repipe projects over past customers. They may "sell" the big job and move on to the next one, which can potentially lower the priority of addressing any issues for previous customers. It's important to be mindful when obtaining estimates and vetting repipe companies.

While not all repipe companies operate in this manner, we encourage you to thoroughly assess and research any repipe company you consider. Choose a reputable provider who not only specializes in repiping but also has the expertise and dedication to address any underlying plumbing concerns and prioritize customer satisfaction.

6. What kind of warranty do you offer on your work?

For non-members, we provide a general labor warranty of 12 months, which meets the minimum requirement for licensed contractors in the state of California. This warranty covers any labor-related issues that may arise within the first year.

However, for our valued Partnership Plan Members, we offer an exclusive benefit—a lifetime labor warranty. As long as you maintain your membership in our Partnership Plan, you will enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing you are covered by our lifetime labor warranty. This means that we stand behind our workmanship for the lifetime of the completed project.

We believe in building long-term relationships with our customers, and our Partnership Plan reflects our commitment to providing exceptional service and ongoing support.

7. What hours are you open?

Our regular business hours are from Monday to Saturday, from 8 am to 6 pm. During these hours, you can schedule appointments and receive our services.

For our esteemed members, we provide additional options to enhance your coverage. We offer a 24/7 emergency service add-on, ensuring that you have access to our services at any time of the day or night. This means that even outside of our regular business hours, our team is available to assist you with any plumbing emergencies that may arise.

We understand that plumbing emergencies can happen at any time, and our goal is to provide reliable and prompt support to our members whenever they need it.

8. Do plumbers work on gas lines?

Absolutely! It's a common misconception that plumbers only work with water-related systems. In reality, plumbers are well-versed in various areas beyond water plumbing. This includes working with gas systems, both natural gas and propane, as well as compressed air and medical gas systems.

If you're ever unsure about whether we provide a specific service, please don't hesitate to give us a call. We're more than happy to verify if we can assist you with your particular needs. In the event that we are unable to offer a specific service, we have a list of trusted references whom we can recommend. These references are known for their fair prices and commitment to providing honest work.

Our ultimate goal is to make your job as simple and easy as possible. Whether it's within our expertise or not, we strive to ensure that you receive the assistance you need, with the utmost transparency and customer satisfaction in mind.

9. Do you offer emergency services?

We currently offer 24/7 emergency services to our members who sign up for that option. Though, we do not recommend signing up for that option until you have an emergency. Once you have an emergency you can add it onto your membership. I know this may sound strange that we are recommending for customers to wait to pay us for a membership service. The truth is we would rather you sign up when you need it, instead of pay for something you may never use. We are not comfortable with customer paying for a service they may or may not receive.

10. Do you have a membership?

We have various membership programs designed to cater to different needs. Our Partnership Plan is a comprehensive maintenance package that includes three scheduled maintenance services in one annual visit, a membership discount on all other work completed, and a lifetime labor warranty. This plan ensures regular maintenance and provides peace of mind with long-term coverage.

In addition, we offer a filtration membership service specifically for under the sink reverse osmosis or inline filtration systems. With this membership, we take care of the regular replacement of cartridges, ensuring clean and fresh water for your household.

Furthermore, we have contractor memberships tailored for contractors who require plumbing services on a regular basis. These memberships offer benefits such as priority scheduling, exclusive pricing, and dedicated support.

For commercial building maintenance, we have specific memberships designed to address the unique plumbing needs of commercial properties. These memberships provide ongoing support and preventive maintenance services to keep your plumbing systems running smoothly.

Our aim is to partner with everyone who has plumbing maintenance needs because we believe in being proactive rather than reactive. By establishing a partnership, we can work together to address potential plumbing emergencies before they happen, ensuring the utmost reliability and efficiency in your plumbing systems.

11. Do you work on tankless water heaters?

Our team of skilled technicians is proficient in diagnosing tankless error codes, conducting part replacements, rebuilding entire units, and performing complete installations of tankless water heaters. We emphasize the significance of regular maintenance to prolong the lifespan of your tankless water heater. While manufacturers typically recommend servicing every two years to maintain the warranty, we recommend an annual maintenance schedule for customers in Orange County, California. The area's water quality is known to be poor, which can contribute to accelerated wear and tear. By scheduling annual servicing, you can mitigate potential issues and ensure optimal performance and longevity for your tankless water heater.

12. Do you offer leak detection?

Absolutely! We provide comprehensive leak detection services for gas lines, drain lines, and pressurized water lines. If you have a leak, you can rely on us to accurately locate the source of the problem. During the leak detection process, our skilled technicians will identify the issue and provide you with an estimate for repair right on the spot.

For minor repairs discovered during the leak detection, we will make every effort to complete the repair immediately upon completion of the detection. In the case of larger repairs, we strive to finish the work on the same day or schedule it as a priority for the following morning.

Please note that at this time, we do not offer leak detection services for pool or jacuzzi systems. However, for any other gas, drain, or pressurized water lines, we are fully equipped to handle the detection and subsequent repairs with efficiency and professionalism.

13. Do you offer free estimates?

We provide free estimates for the majority of jobs, which can be obtained over the phone or through photo submissions. Approximately 99% of the time, we are able to assess and provide an estimate using this method. In cases where the scope of work is extensive, we offer free on-site estimates to ensure accuracy.

If you are uncertain about the required repairs or unable to provide photos, we offer a basic diagnostic service call at a cost of $119. During this visit, our technicians will assess the situation and provide you with a diagnosis. If we have the necessary parts readily available on our truck and can complete the repair during the same visit, the $119 fee is directly applied to the cost of the repair.

However, if the repair requires a specialty part that we do not carry on our trucks and need to purchase or order, the $119 fee is charged during our initial visit. On our second visit, we will charge the cost of the repair. It's important to note that this situation only occurs in approximately 1% of jobs.

Our goal is to be as fair and efficient as possible, aiming to complete the job during the first visit whenever feasible. Our trucks are regularly restocked to ensure we are adequately prepared for any job we are called to.

14. Do you charge hourly or flat rates?

We understand the importance of transparency and providing upfront pricing to our customers. That's why we have implemented a flat-rate pricing system for each service we offer. This approach ensures that our customers know the total price they will be paying before the work begins, eliminating any concerns about hourly rates and potential time-related inefficiencies.

We value the trust of our customers, and our commitment to transparency extends to our pricing structure. 15. What areas do you service?

Our service coverage extends to all of Orange County, California. We are dedicated to meeting the needs of our customers in this area. In certain cases, we are open to providing services in surrounding counties. However, the decision to travel outside of Orange County rests solely with the operating manager on call. They will assess the feasibility and logistics of accommodating the request.

It's important to be aware that traveling beyond Orange County may incur an additional cost. This cost covers the expenses associated with the extended travel required to reach the service location. The specifics of any additional travel costs would be communicated and agreed upon prior to the service.
